Educational Qualification: As per NFL official notification candidate should have completed CA or ICWA, CMA, Degree, LLB, BL, MBA, PGDBM, PGDM from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/ Agri Business Marketing/ Rural Management/ Foreign Trade/ International Marketing
- Management Trainee (F&A): CA/ ICWA/ CMA, Degree
- Management Trainee (Law): Degree in Law, LLB, BL
Age Limit:
As per the National Fertilizers Limited Recruitment Notification, the candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 27 years , as on 31-Oct-2023.
