Educational Qualification: As per MSCWB official notification candidate should have completed Degree, Degree in Law (LLB) from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
Experience Details:
- Candidate Should have Minimum work Experience of 10 years as Company Secretary in a Company of repute preferably in a Govt. Company with expertise to handle legal aspects of Incorporation , Formation, Promotion, Amalgamation/ winding up of a Company and all Statutory Compliances as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Duration of Period: 1 Year
Age Limit: As per the West Bengal Municipal Service Commission recruitment notification, the candidate’s maximum age should be 60 years , as on 01-01-2022.
